  • 3:15-3:45- Exercise Basics (wear comfy clothes)
  • 3:45-4:15- Introductions and Weight Loss Challenge Walkthrough
  • 4:15-5:15- Health Vision Boards (Please bring poster boards and glue stick, magazines will be provided)
  • 5:15-5:45- 1st Weigh-in and Body Fat Analysis
  • 5:45-6:00- Wrap up Q&A


For 12 weeks you will be committed, focused and challenged to achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. The challenge will be based on who can lose the most BODY Weight and BODY FAT % over the 12 week period. Participants will be required to attend weigh-ins (schedule below). At the end of the challenge, the person with the highest % points wins the Money Prize Pool. We will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner.

Rules and Regulations

  • $50/pp Entry Fee must be paid in advance (by 1/25/15). ($23 covers TRF Fee and $27 will go to initial Prize Pool) Prize pool total will be determined by the number of participants.
  • All Participants will be required to attend weigh-ins as outlined below.  If you are unable to make it please plan accordingly to get your weign-in for that week. If you would like to join the challenge but outside of our local area you can join us via Skype. Please inquire about joining via Skype.
  • During weigh-ins if your weight is up you will pay $1 per pound gained. All proceeds from weigh-ins will be added to the prize pool.
  • No late entries accepted. Everyone must begin the challenge on 1/31/15.
  • No refunds or transferrable entries.
  • Everyone will be assigned a accountability partner on 1/31/15, please encourage each other to stay on track.
  • If you miss your weight assessment twice, we will conclude that you have dropped out of the challenge.
  • All Participants must sign a medical release form prior to participating. This will be provided on 1/31/15.
  • At each weigh-in there will be a fitness class to keep the momentum going. Come prepared to sweat.
  • TRF packets will include nutrition recommendations, basic exercise routines, and more.
  • There will be a weekly conference call every Tuesday at 8:45 pm EST to help stay motivated. The call will only be 15 minutes so please join on time. 712-432-1500 Participant Code 931879#

***1:1 personal training sessions available upon request at for an additional fee.***
